Stephen Whelan is the founder and Executive Producer of White Lodge, an award winning creative strategy and production house offering high-end content for the fashion, luxury and lifestyle industries. White Lodge was founded in 2011 having identified a niche and need for moving image content commissioned by brands increasingly aware of their presence in the digital space.
Stephen’s past experience covers journalism (Dazed & Confused, Guardian) and marketing within the advertising production industry with a specific focus on brand strategy and creative development. He has spoken internationally on the topic of fashion and film including the 2015 Berlin Fashion Film Festival, 2014 International New York Times Luxury Conference in Singapore, the 2014 Aesthetica Short Film Festival, the University of the Arts 2014 Fashion Sympoisum and at the Centre for Creative Communication in Japan. Stephen sits on the BFC Fashion Film panel to promote the use of film by fashion designers.
